Meta says one thing, Google another, and your CRM something else entirely?
See which ads drive sales and which only drive clicks
Strimix pulls together your Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads spend, website actions and CRM sales, and shows how much money each channel, campaign and creative brought in.
The answer will show up in your reports as soon as you connect your ad accounts and CRM.
1Totals across all channels that you don't have to put together by hand
2Every dollar in Meta brings back five. Time to add budget?
3Spend is growing faster than revenue. Time to pause?
01Sound familiar?
Your ads are running, but nobody can say for sure how much they earned
The owner sees the ad invoices, the marketer sees the ad platforms, the agency sees clicks. But nobody has an honest answer to a simple question: how much did each campaign actually make? If you recognise yourself in at least one of the points below, Strimix is for you.
Every ad platform shows its own number. Which one do you trust?
Meta Ads, Google Ads and your CRM count by different rules, and each sees only its own part of the journey. The same payment can be claimed by several ad platforms at once.
With Strimix: you trust one number: each payment from your CRM is counted once, by one method for every channel.
Reports are stitched together by hand
Every week someone pulls data together from ad platforms, the CRM and spreadsheets, and the full picture only shows up once a month, after the money is already spent.
With Strimix: the hours spent on spreadsheets go back to your team: spend is pulled in daily and reports update on their own.
Analytics stops at the lead
Your ad platform doesn't know what happened after the lead: whether someone called them back, whether they bought, whether they returned the item. The deal is in the CRM, but where the customer came from is unknown.
With Strimix: you see which campaigns bring in payments, not just leads: deals and orders from your CRM are tied to the channel, campaign and ad.
The customer came back a week later, and the sale went to “direct”
Someone saw your ad, thought it over, came back on their own and bought. In the report, the ad brought in nothing.
With Strimix: you don't write off the ad that brought the buyer in first: Strimix shows the trackable customer journey from the first visit to the payment.
More clicks, but not more money
Cheap leads look great in the ad platform but never show up in your bank account. Where the budget is actually being wasted is anyone's guess.
With Strimix: you find the campaigns where budget burns: spend sits next to payments, so you can see whose cheap leads never turn into money.
Your agency reports clicks, but the owner wants to see sales
One side doesn't trust the report, and the other can't prove results.
With Strimix: both sides look at the same numbers in money. The agency shows results in sales, and the discussion is about decisions, not about whose number is right.
All six have the same cause: ads, website and sales live in different systems. Once end‑to‑end analytics brings them together, you make budget decisions by looking at the money.
02What you get
Spend less on ads that don't sell and more on the ones that bring in profit
Strimix measures ad ROI from the actual payments in your CRM, not from the conversions your ad account reports. Here’s what you’ll be able to do with Strimix connected.
01
Stop paying for campaigns that get clicks but don't sell
You’ll see
Cost per lead next to cost per payment for every campaign, so you can spot cheap leads that never turn into money right away.
You’ll be able to decide
Cut the budget of a campaign whose leads don't reach a payment, even if it looks best in the ad platform.
What it will give your business
Money stops going to clicks and leads that bring no revenue, and you notice it without waiting for the monthly report.
02
Move money to the ads that pay back
You’ll see
Spend, payments and revenue by channel, campaign, ad group and ad — in one table. Payments and revenue come from your CRM, not from the ad account.
You’ll be able to decide
What to scale, what to pause and what to switch off — and where to move that money.
What it will give your business
The same budget goes to campaigns that return what you put in, not to the ones that just look good in the ad platform's report.
03
Know what a customer really costs
You’ll see
How much it costs to win one new customer in each channel, based on actual spend and new deals or orders.
You’ll be able to decide
How much you can pay for a new customer in each channel — and plan from that number, not from cost per click.
What it will give your business
You grow on the channels where a customer costs less, not where a click is cheaper.
04
Keep the channel that brings in new people
You’ll see
Who introduced the person to you and who closed the sale: the same revenue under different attribution models, side by side.
You’ll be able to decide
Don't switch off a channel that brings in new customers just because another channel closed the sale.
What it will give your business
Your flow of new customers isn't cut off by a decision made on half the picture.
05
Plan the budget from payback
You’ll see
ROMI and ROAS for every channel and campaign over any period within your stored history.
You’ll be able to decide
How much to put into each channel next month, based on what has already paid back rather than last year's budget.
What it will give your business
The budget grows where ads have already proven they return money.
06
Forget manual reporting
You’ll see
Spend from Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, plus deals and payments from your CRM, are pulled in automatically every day, and a report you set up once keeps itself up to date.
You’ll be able to decide
Take your marketer's or analyst's hours off spreadsheet work and put them into analysis and tests.
What it will give your business
Fewer hours and less money spent on reporting. Data updates every day, so you can make decisions any time — not once a month, after the budget is already spent.
07
One number for the owner, the marketer and the agency
You’ll see
One report built from CRM payments, with one calculation method for every channel. Everyone sees what their role allows.
You’ll be able to decide
Discuss what to do with the budget, not whose number is right; judge the agency by sales, not clicks.
What it will give your business
Fewer arguments and double‑checks: decisions get made faster, and it's clear who is responsible for results.
Why you can trust these numbers
01
Counted from CRM payments The starting point is the deals and orders in your CRM, not ad platform conversions.
02
Spend comes in daily on its own Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads spend comes in on its own, with no manual exports.
03
Data from your website and server A tracker on your website plus events from your server: less dependence on third‑party cookies and browser restrictions.
04
Multi‑ID One person's phone, email and CRM ID are merged into one profile.
05
Updated every 6 hours Strimix updates data automatically every 6 hours, so the picture is fresh every day, not once a month.
The ad account shows this campaign as one of the cheapest — $0.98 per result. But by actual payments in the CRM, it loses money: ROMI −8%.
The ad account shows this campaign as the most expensive — $4.41 per result. But by actual payments in the CRM, it is the most profitable one: ROMI +551%.
Decision: Cut the budget for Reels_Spring_Broad and give the freed‑up money to Lookalike_Buyers. A week later, check the result in the same report.
Once your ad accounts and CRM are connected, your own campaigns show up here.
Custom dashboards
Besides the table reports in the app, the Strimix team can build a static dashboard around one specific business question.
Where is your budget working, and where is it burning?
Channel performance
How much each channel spends and how much it brings in. You can see right away where to move the budget.
At which stage do you lose the most?
Where are you losing money?
From visit to payment: see the stage where most people drop off, and whether the problem is ads bringing the wrong people or the sales process.
How much does a customer bring in over six months?
New customers & LTV
What a new customer costs and how much money they bring in over the following months. Customers are grouped by the month of their first purchase or first visit.
Your dashboard
Describe your task — for example, an owner's report with revenue, spend and ROAS — and we'll quote you a price.
Someone sees your ad on Instagram, then on TikTok, a few days later finds you on Google, and eventually types your address in directly and pays. An attribution model decides how to split that revenue between the steps. In Strimix you can compare models side by side and avoid switching off a channel that actually brings you customers.
Compare models on your own data to see which channels introduce you and which ones close the sale.
All revenue goes to the Instagram ad: it was the first to bring the person to you.
All revenue goes to Google search: the last step before payment; the direct visit is not counted.
All revenue goes to the TikTok ad: the last visit with UTM tags before payment.
Revenue is split equally between the steps of the path. A direct visit after an ad gets no share.
Two steps get the most: the one that introduced the person to you, and the last one before payment, unless it was a direct visit. The steps in between get less.
The closer a step is to the payment, the bigger its share. The direct visit is not counted.
Simplified diagram: the exact split depends on the path and project settings.
05What it is
What is marketing attribution? In plain English
A click or a lead is not a sale yet. The real result is a payment. End‑to‑end analytics connects the two: Strimix takes your ad spend, what people do on your website and the payments in your CRM, and brings them into one report. So you see how much money each channel, campaign and ad brought in.
It's called end‑to‑end because it runs through every step: the ad, the website visit, the form, call or chat, the deal in your CRM and the payment. Each step lives in its own system: your ad platform knows spend and clicks, web analytics knows visits, your CRM knows deals and payments. End‑to‑end analytics puts these pieces into one chain.

Strimix sees the whole path
Strimix is a marketing attribution service
Strimix connects ad spend with the sales that follow. Every day it pulls spend from your ad accounts, collects events from your website and server, and receives deals, orders and calls from your CRM and telephony. Then it links all this data together and splits revenue across channels by the attribution model you choose.
Set the project's currency, time zone and language. Invite colleagues and assign their roles.
2You, in Strimix
Connect your ad accounts
Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. Spend is pulled in daily.
3The Strimix team
Connect your sales and website
The Strimix team takes care of this step entirely. We install the tracker code on your website — it records which ad a person came from and what they did on the site. And we connect your CRM, telephony or chatbot, so deals, calls and payments land in the same reports. All we need from you is access.
4Strimix
Get reports and make decisions
Strimix automatically processes data from your ads, website and CRM, matches spend with sales and splits revenue across channels by the attribution model you choose. Data updates every 6 hours, and if something is wrong with your tagging or tracking, you get an alert.

07Who it's for
Who Strimix is for
If you pay for ads and keep your sales in a CRM, here's what Strimix will give you.
01
Business owner
You make the budget decisions, but other people put the numbers together for you — each in their own way.
You get:a clear picture of which part of the budget works and which burns. One report for everyone, not different versions from different people.
02
Marketer, head of marketing
Hours every week go into reconciling ad platforms, CRM and spreadsheets, and there's no time left for analysis.
You get:reports you set up once that then update on their own, ROMI by campaign and budget arguments backed by revenue.
03
Paid ads specialist, media buyer, performance agency
The sales came from your ads, but the client sees “search” or “direct”.
You get:client reports in payments, not clicks. Strimix tells you about UTM errors in your ads before the client spots them. You can invite the client to the project with the Viewer role: view‑only access to reports.
For your type of business
Your own store, marketplaces, Instagram shop
Sample journey:
Reels
website
cart
back a week later
payment
You see orders and payments next to your ad spend — from the channel down to a specific ad. And if your system passes order contents, you also see which products people buy and for how much.
Good to know: Strimix sees marketplace orders if they're in your CRM. Marketplaces don't share the buyer's journey inside their platform.
Leads, calls, long deal cycles
Sample journey:
Google search
website
call
meeting
deal a month later
Calls from your telephony and website leads in one picture; deals and payments from your CRM are tied to campaigns. Long sales cycles are covered: ad touches count even months before the sale.
Trial lessons, calls, quizzes, payment
Sample journey:
Stories
search
trial lesson
two calls
payment
You see which ads bring in new students and which convince them to pay for a course. So you invest in channels that bring payments, not just trial‑lesson sign‑ups.
Calls to the front desk, bookings, visits
Sample journey:
ad
call to the front desk
booking
visit
payment
You see which ads make patients call and how many of them get to a booking and payment. So you know what a real patient costs from each channel, not just a call.
Bookings, calls, seasonality
Sample journey:
Instagram
a DM or a call
booking
arrival
You see which ads bring people into a chat or to a call, and which lead to an actual booking. Even offline promotion, like flyers or events, can be compared with online channels.
Don't see your business? The principle is the same: if you run ads and your sales are recorded in a CRM, Strimix will connect the two.

A custom dashboard, built by the Strimix team
Tell us about your goals and how you measure results — the Strimix team will build a dashboard around your request. We’ll account for how your analytics works: your deal stages, your own metrics and breakdowns, the report format you’re used to.
No. Strimix is an analytics service (SaaS), not an agency: we don't launch or run ads, and we don't sell leads. Leave a request, and a Strimix manager will show you demo reports, and our team will help connect your ad accounts, CRM and telephony. After that, you work with the reports yourself, and you can order a custom dashboard as a separate service.
What exactly will I see, and what decisions will I be able to make?
You see spend, payments and revenue for every channel, campaign and ad. The numbers are counted from the payments in your CRM and update on their own every 6 hours. That shows you what to scale, what to pause and where to move the budget. On Basic and Pro, you can build ROMI, ROAS, CAC and cost per payment in the metric builder to see payback, the cost of a new customer and campaigns whose cheap leads never reach a payment.
How much does Strimix cost, and why is it a subscription?
From $59 a month. The price depends on two things: your plan and how many events you track per month. Up to a million events, it's $59 to $749 a month; above a million, you pay extra for every additional thousand. Pick your volume based on your busiest month. It's a subscription because Strimix works every day: it pulls in spend from your ad platforms, collects events, updates the data, stores your history and keeps integrations working when ad platforms change their rules. A custom dashboard is a separate service, priced on request.
How much time and effort does it take on our side? Do we need a developer?
You don't need a developer to get started. You connect your ad accounts yourself in a few minutes, and the Strimix team takes care of your CRM, telephony and the tracker code on your website: all we need from you is access. You'll only need a developer if you want to send events from your own backend. How long setup takes depends on your CRM and website. Website data is collected from the moment the tracker is installed, so the sooner you start, the longer your history will be.
Can I see it first?
Yes. Leave a request, and a Strimix manager will walk you through demo reports already available in Strimix and show how they can be set up for your business.
We already have spreadsheets, a BI dashboard or an in‑house solution. Why Strimix?
A spreadsheet or BI dashboard is the front end; Strimix is the data behind it: daily spend from Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, website events, CRM sales, and attribution. You can keep your dashboard and feed it with report exports. An in‑house build needs ongoing upkeep: updating connectors whenever ad platforms change their APIs and keeping an eye on data quality. With Strimix, our team takes care of all of that.
How is this different from ad platform reports and free web analytics?
An ad platform sees only its own ads and conversions; web analytics sees your website. Neither one knows on its own whether a lead turned into a payment in your CRM. Strimix brings together spend from your Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads accounts, actions on your website and sales from your CRM, and calculates revenue with one method for every channel. You can keep using your ad platforms and web analytics.
Why don't Strimix numbers match my ad platform's numbers?
Because each platform counts by its own rules: it decides how many days after a click a sale still counts and what counts as a conversion, and it only sees its own ads. That's why several platforms can claim the same payment. Strimix counts from the payments in your CRM and credits each payment once — using the attribution model you've chosen.
I'm not the one who decides. How do I show Strimix to my boss or client?
Send them this page: it has the pricing and sample reports. Or leave a request and bring your boss or client to the demo — a Strimix manager will walk them through the reports and answer their questions. Once you're connected, you can invite them to the project with the Viewer role: they'll see the reports but won't be able to change anything.
How often does the data update?
Strimix updates data automatically every 6 hours. Spend from ad platforms is imported daily, and you can re‑import it for past periods. So you see the picture every day, not once a month.
Stop counting clicks. Start counting money
Leave a request — we’ll show Strimix on your business case and help connect your ad accounts and CRM. Then you’ll see which ads pay off for you.
